Will I have any compliance issues using fpPathfinder?

All compliance departments are different. We suggest you sign up and white-label your guides, including adding a back page disclosure as needed, and then send them to compliance for review - Deluxe and Premier members have access to a one-click download in the member section. Most of our members have no issues with compliance, but if you do reach out to us. In some cases, we can work with you and compliance to create a favorable outcome, but if not we’ll refund you (within 30 days of signing up if you have a compliance issue)!
