Compliance requirements vary across firms, so it's important to understand how each membership level aligns with those needs:

• Essentials is primarily used behind the scenes for internal reference and typically doesn't raise compliance concerns.
• Deluxe and Premier memberships allow you to brand and share guides publicly, which is where most compliance questions arise.

We recommend that Deluxe and Premier members customize their guides — this includes white-labeling and adding a back-page disclosure if needed — before submitting them to your compliance team for review.

To make this process easy, Deluxe and Premier members have access to a one-click download in the left side panel of the member section.

While most members have no issues with compliance, if you do encounter any, please reach out to us. In many cases, we can work with you and your compliance team to find a favorable outcome. If a resolution isn’t possible, we’re happy to offer a refund or downgrade your membership to Essentials.
