How To: Access Links You’ve Sent for Interactive Checklists

Interactive Checklists are available to Premier members.

We do not store client responses or submission summaries in fpPathfinder.


Looking For Client Responses?

If you're trying to find a completed checklist, here’s where to look:
  1. Check your email
    1. Subject line: “[Client Name] has Completed the Checklist you recently sent”
    2. Sender: no-reply@fppathfinder.com
    3. If you don’t see responses, check your spam or junk folder, or contact your IT team—some organizations filter out no-reply emails or route them to junk.
  2. Set up email organization (recommended) - Create a rule/filter to:
    1. Save submissions to a folder, or
    2. Automatically forward to a team member
  3. Check your CRM (if integrated)
    1. Responses are saved to the contact record with a matching email address

You can access the Interactive Checklist links you’ve created and shared with clients from the left side panel of the Member Section under Deployed Interactive Checklist.

Your links are organized into three sections based on status:

  • Active Links – Your currently usable links
    • Public links: reusable anytime (until you delete or expire them)
    • Individual links: assigned to one or more individuals and expire once completed
    • You can copy and resend individual links as reminders

👉 Tip: Recreate links at least once a year to ensure you're using the most up-to-date checklist.

  • Recently Completed – Completed within the last 60 days
    • After 60 days, these move to Archived
  • Archived – Expired or older links
    • Public links you’ve manually expired
    • Individual links completed more than 60 days ago
