How Do I Change My Membership?

Upgrades

When you are ready to upgrade, click on the red Upgrade button in the upper right corner. Choose the membership you want to upgrade to, and you will see a prorated price at checkout. The amount is based on the unused time from your current membership, applied to a new 1-year membership.

Downgrades

If you decided you signed up for more features and tools than needed right now, you can downgrade at anytime and a credit will remain on your account until used up. Do this by selecting your preferred membership level on the Membership Options page.

Canceling

You can visit the Membership tab in Account Management to cancel any time.

Note: If you see one of these options on the Membership Options page:

• Join: You do not currently have an active fpPathfinder membership.
• Downgrade: You are already in our highest membership tier, so an upgrade is not available.
