How do I change my email address or name on file?

You can update your name and request an email change from your Profile tab in Account Management.

Go to your Profile settings

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to the person icon at the top of the page and select Account Management.
  • Select the Profile tab.

Update your name on file

  • Update your First Name, Last Name, and/or Company Name.
  • Click Update Profile to save your changes.

Change your email address

  • Next to Email Address, click Request Email Change.
  • Complete and submit the request form.
  • Our Support Team will update the email address on file and follow up with you once it’s completed (typically within one business day).
