How do I change my email address or name on file?

To change your email address on file follow these steps:

  • Login and visit My Account (or click this link if already logged in)
  • Click on Profile Tab
  • Scroll to Request Email Change button
  • Complete the form - Within one business day this will be updated
  • You will receive a confirmation email and a reply from a support rep
