Do You Offer Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)?

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is available as an additional layer of security for your account. You can enable MFA anytime in your account settings to add extra protection.

When logging in, you’ll see a prompt asking if you’d like to enable MFA. Simply select “Yes, Enable MFA” to get started or “Skip For Now” if you wish to set it up later. You can enable MFA at any time by:

  • Visiting the person icon at the top of the screen, then Account Management
  • Click on the Profile Tab
  • Scroll down a bit and click the Enable MFA button (in green)
  • Click Update Profile

To make logging in more convenient, be sure to select "Remember Me" on the login page under your password input. This will keep you logged in for up to 30 days as long as you don't manually log out.

Please note: MFA verification codes will only be sent via email. SMS or authentication apps are not currently supported.

Tried it and want to revert back? Contact Us and we will remove your email address from the MFA program.
