If you’ve ever downloaded a guide, created a File URL, and then uploaded it to your website or CRM, linked it somewhere like a blog post or social media post… and then had to redo all of that later when the guide updated — this feature is for you.
With the AutoLink Feature you can create a permanent link to the guide that automatically updates the content. Embed the AutoLink in your process from marketing to workflows! Plus, it is mobile-friendly and you can access the content without being logged in!

How to Access and Use AutoLink
- Find the guide you want to share in the Member Section.
- Click the link icon next to the guide title or on the individual guide page.
- Copy the unique AutoLink URL for that guide.
- Save the URL wherever it is easiest for you to access, such as a browser bookmark, spreadsheet, or document.
- Use the AutoLink URL in workflows, meeting reminders, or anywhere you want to share the guide with clients.
The AutoLink will always direct clients to the current version of the guide, so you can continue using the same URL when the guide is updated.
